To make transfers to another person, do we both have to have TAPP?
Yes, to make transfers both people must have TAPP and have at least one Visa Debit Card registered.
How do I activate my access code?
Following the steps below: Access the App> Main Menu> Configuration> select the Security option> Access Code> Activate the option and enter the desired 5-digit code > Confirm by validating the password.
How do I validate my email?
Following the steps below: Access the App> Main Menu> Access the My Profile option> Select the Edit icon (the pencil)> Select the email icon> Select the email you want to validate > Proceed to validate the email.
How do I validate my cell number?
Following the steps below: Access the App> Main menu> Access the My Profile option> Select the Edit icon (the pencil)> Select the cell number icon> Select the cell number that we want to validate> Proceed to validate the cell number.
On how many devices can I have my registration?
You can have the user on more than one device, but they cannot be used at the same time. In other words, you cannot have two sessions open at the same time.
